I went to update the firmware on my P4P today and it failed. Batteries on the P4P, remote, and ipad mini 4 were all over 50%. I've tried updating multiple times, but its failed every time. Ive even tried to update using Assistant 2 on my Macbook Pro. Error code screenshot attached. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you try using PC windows system and install the DJI Assistant 2 to try it?

I don't have access to a PC.

The P4P firmware update is not using sdcard but is running DJI Assistant 2 software on your PC/Macintosh.

I recall that the update is in 3 parts: download, load (or something similar), and update. I suspect that whether you are updating via Assistant 2 or via GO (using RC and WiFi), the bin file is loaded to the SD Card prior to local application. It would make sense to ensure that the card is formated.

hello Nelsonlee it may sound crazy but i was having upgrade firmware issue it  was stoping at 69 % and some told me reformat the sd card and bingo it worked and yes your correct the update are done via Assistance2 my platform is a MacBook Air.....

Thanks guys. I've tried reformatting the card and that didn't work. I've also tried updating on a iphone 7 plus and Samsung Tab S3 now too.  Nothing has changed. And of course DJI's response was to try updated using the Go 4 app and to make sure my battery was over 50%. If they would have read my email they would have known that I've tried those things. Any other suggestions?

Update: Somehow I was able to update via Assistant 2 program on my Macbook. Now its saying ESC error and my gimbal is not in alignment and moving around erratically.
