I not yet have my Spark crashed (However, the only reason is because I am afraid to fly and it's been on the shelf most of the time). However, I think Spark users in this forum are:
1- Either rich people: so that you don't really care it crashes or not because you can always buy another one.
2-Or either too nice people: I can see the the cases keep increasing. And DJI is treating customer with no respect (Showing no response about what is going on with those cases). However, we all the users only be able to use the words "I hope", or " I wish". Without daring to say "I request DJI to..." .After all, we are the payers, we worked hard for the money to buy Spark and to enrich their company, so, shouldn't DJI has the ressponsibility to keep us updated with the errors, and their solutions?
which of those categories do you fall into??
I'm not rich by any means, but I use the drone as intended, if it crashes, I can't afford a new one and any way, I damn well expect DJI to replace it for me.
I don't think anyone is being too nice, I think that most people realise that getting angry and obtuse does not generally help your case when dealing with a repair or replacement. |
