Before taking off in the 0 degree temperature, what should i consider?
Plz correct me if im wrong, or add if i missed out something.

- Turn on the phantom, let it sit for 1-2 minutes
- Take off, and let it hover for 1-2 minutes
- wait until battery warms up to 25 degrees
- start flying, without being aggresive on the sticks.

Anything i missed?

I would just try and keep the battery warm, say room temperature, before flying ( use one of them heat retaining lunch bags with re-usable hand warmers ). Then plug it in, and take off as normal. Let it hover a minute whilst you do a stability check.. Then go flying...

After you take off and are hovering you can switch to the battery page of the app.  Top right corner has the battery internal temperature.  It does get quite high ~40°C but varies a bit with outside air temp.
Start with a warm battery saved in an inside coat pocket ~20C, after takeoff when the temp get to 25 go flying.  Only use fully charged batteries.

Keeping  battery warm is the most essential . Maybe this thread could be helpful : http://forum.dji.com/thread-35249-1-1.html
