Hi everybody,

when i use DJI GO 4 with my phantom 4, my iphone restarts suddenly and disconnect my drone.

Do you know where this problem comes ?

What is the iOS version for your iPhone?
Please try to delete it then re-install the APP.
There is no issue when you connect the drone with DJI GO 3, right?

Sorry to answering late.
My iphone version is 10.3.1
i try to delete and reinstall but the problem is always here.
i sold my phantom 4 and i bought a mavic. i have the same problem.
several times, when i open DJI GO 4 app, i have juste "Enter Device" in blue with "RC connected". i don't have "Go Fly".
other time, when i am in flight, my App becames "deconnected" and a charging song heard.

Use another cable. Remove the cable from the side port, plug new cable to bottom port.
If it won't solve your problem then backup your phone, restore your phone
