Ill start this off saying i love DJI But.......

As per the topic name this is aimed at the Mavic Pros battery.

My Mavic pro was returning back home and I was receiving battery error message showing up over and over 2 seconds later the screen blanked out and than I was faced with having Zero control over it as the drone was returning home and the drone never made it back, so god knows where the drone ended up in the end i have cheeked flight records and there is nothing there so that wasn’t helpful at all. Emails back to DJI 2 times now i have sent those records off the rc 2 times now unsure what is going on there?

What were the environmental factors where you were flying? Cold? Very hot? Care to share any insight?

Yes, this makes my curious as well.
What were the weather conditions?

Were there any deviation in battery cells showing, I've seen one other case here were battery error was cause of the crash, and his Mavic was replaced, you have given very little information as to your flight, you could post logs, and there is also ways of trying to find your aircraft, like last known coordinates.

This is also the second or third time you posted this thread and were asked for more information..

Also you should explain you were landing your Mavic when this happened.
