Processor Chip Overheat it will recover after cooling down

Hi. Thank you for this inquiry. Are you able to check if the cooling fan of the DJI Mavic Air is working? If the cooling fan is not working then that might be the reason why you DJI Mavic Air is overheating.

I put it inside the refrigerator and then power on ... and the message did not desapear. The fan work but not always...... is this normal or it should work every time is power on?

It’s normal for it to not always start immediately after powering on, but if you leave it on for a few minutes it should kick in.

Your recopilation is clear that Im not alone, I will have to send it to DJI Dealer, to try some helps from them..... this bring the second issue , you may find whithin  the DJI service. I bought my Mavic in USA, just when they came to market, but I live in Chile, soo no warranty here in my country, I need it to send it to USA...... that is was I was told by online support. So take  that in consideration when you buy something in DJI.

Thank you for that information. The fan on the DJI Mavic Air should work after some time once the Drone is turned on. If there is an issue with the Drone's cooling fan please contact DJI Support for further help. I will be posting the DJI online repair request link ( www.dji.com/support ) for you to create a ticket for your Drone for further assessment and repair.

I have the same problem.

After first prompt of that issue i cant use the drone snymore! Everything time I turn on the drone it overheat
